| The Company
CybAero develops and manufactures Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and related sensor systems. Each system is built to meet customer specifications for civilian or military applications.
Although CybAero got its formal start in 2003, the research and development for the company’s technology began in 1992 via a joint research project between The Swedish National Defense Research Agency (FOI) and Linköping University.
The headquarters of CybAero is located in Linköping, Sweden. Today, CybAero has 18 employees. |

The Spanish company Indra and the Swedish company CybAero AB have signed a Teaming Agreement and shall work together for the development of an Automatic Vertical Take-Off and Landing (AVTOL) rotary wing Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) adapted for using on board of different kind of vessels.

CybAero to fly arctic UAS missions

Swedish UAS developer and manufacturer CybAero has received a comprehensive mission order to be carried out under arctic maritime conditions. Under the flag of a Norwegian research program CybAero will perform several demo flights aimed to detect and classify oil spills on water. Total budget of the program is set to 22 million Norweigan crowns (approximately 2.8 MUSD)
